Best ice cream place?

I was just telling my younger son, you can eat ice cream everyday at Disney.

That got me thinking as to where is the Best ice cream in Disney? There is Ample Hill, Beaches & Cream, L'Artisan des Glaces, and Ghiradelli.

Which one is your Favorite? Why? What flavors are your favorite?

Mmmm. My fave! I love Ample Hills. Creamy, smooth, good flavors. The Peppermint Patty is wonderful.
Another favorite is the Anandapur Ice Cream truck at AK for a soft serve swirl. Very creamy, not gritty or icy. I don’t order from here on extremely hot days as it melts too quickly.

The only ice cream I seem to get is a twist cone (chocolate/vanilla) at the van turned ice cream stand at the back of Animal Kingdom near Expedition Everest.

We really liked the Orange Creamsicle we got in Adventureland last trip. It's not the one made with frozen OJ.

We love ice cream everywhere at Disney World. The only place we haven't tried yet is Ample Hill as she just haven't thought of it.

I love Beaches and Cream, not just good ice cream, but the whole theme of it too. The ice cream at L'Artisan des Glaces is pretty good too - and you can get an ice cream macaron sandwich there too, which is a plus for me.

So are you going to try and eat ice cream at a different place in Disney the next time you're there, just to prove you can do it?

We really liked the Orange Creamsicle we got in Adventureland last trip. It's not the one made with frozen OJ.

DH and I shared one of those a couple years ago. Very good! I actually liked it better than the Dole Whip. Yum!

We tried L’ Artisan once and was actually pretty disappointed in the pistachio ice cream. It was that bad. Haven’t been back. We love Ghirardelli and always share the Ocean Beach Sea Salt Caramel Sundae. So good!!! It’s definitely big enough to share. I prefer chocolate soft serve and the little kiosk in France is really good.

Funny, when I read this last night, I was eating a bowl of ice cream! And, the truth is, I will eat ice cream, anytime, anywhere!
Ample Hills peppermint pattie was wonderful! And the brownie sundae at The Plaza is always delicious. I think I had a cup of mint chocolate chip at L’Artisan and that was yummy as well. Yup, anytime, anywhere!

Hmmm...perhaps! Cheryl what a Great idea!!! LOL.... I usually somehow get ice cream from L'Artisan des Glaces. However I am REALLY going to make a point to get some from Ghiradelli, only because I know I love it there. I just forget to go there...DUH!

Yeah I have never tried a Macaron sandwich there as well..... Maybe this is the trip to do that!
