  • Sebastian's Bistro at Caribbean Beach Resort to be open for dinner only

I was surprised when I read about this. The restaurant didn't open all that long ago.

Thanks Darlene... This is good to know, since Wanda & I were planning to check out the Caribbean Beach resort.

Saw this on DFB earlier today. Makes sense with the renovation.

I checked out the menu and there’s not a single thing on their menu that DH would eat. Go figure. 🙄

I wonder why they did this. Was it not getting the traffic they thought it would get?

I was surprised to read this since the restaurant is fairly new.
That might sound boring, but I think the boring stuff is the stuff I remember the most.

I would wager that it’s just a function of people making that particular stop for lunch. It’s the middle of the day. Lots of people are in the parks, or at Disney Springs. I do hope they stay up and running. We might want to try it.

I have to agree with joelsmom that it's simply a function of people not going for lunch. I tend to be a eat where I am person so I'm not going to head to a resort in the middle of the day just for lunch unless there's an experience tied to it like afternoon tea.
