I’m sorry to see this. This was one of my favorite QS locations at DS.

I was so disappointed to see this yesterday. We love WPE and it was always a "must do" for us. And if by chance we had a dining plan, it was an amazingly great use of a QS credit. On the bright side, I guess this will force us to try some place new for lunch or breakfast on our Disney Springs day.WDW Visits: March 1979 Offsite; April 1979 Offsite; April 1981 Offsite; June 2001 ASMo; June 2004 Pop; May 2009 Pop; June 2011 Pop; June 2013 AoA Lion King; June 2015 AoA Lion King; June 2016 AoA Nemo; June 2018 AoA Lion King; ̶J̶u̶n̶e̶ ̶2̶0̶2̶0̶ ̶L̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶K̶i̶n̶g̶; J̶u̶n̶e̶ ̶2̶0̶2̶1 ̶L̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶K̶i̶n̶g̶: June 2022 AoA Lion King

Well, we hadn’t been there in a while, because I was disappointed that they removed the creme brûlée from the dessert options on the DDP. Still, I hate to see that they’ve closed. They did always seem to have seating inside with the cool air. That was nice in the summer.Susan

I can't say that I'll miss it as I've never eaten there because it always seemed a bit pricey for quick service even compared to Disney prices. However, it is sad to see it go as it's been Disney Springs fixture since I started going to Disney World in December 2007.

It was definitely more pricey than the typical QS restaurant but the quality of the food was far superior to most QS locations. And while you came in to the restaurant and ordered at a counter, you then went to your table and a server took care of everything from there. It really felt much closer to a table service restaurant than a QS one. I think it's a huge loss.

Wow, I’m surprised to see this! Any idea why it closed? I didn’t see anything mentioned in the article.Louise
