I'm sorry that I never came back here to update on Roundup Rodeo BBQ. Luke using the app was finally able to get one for our preferred day (April 18) . We loved the experience and the food.

I'd have loved trying it, but Drew's not a huge fan due to an allergy to peppers. If bbq is dryrubbed, there're typically peppers involved, and often the sauces are at least slightly spicy.

I may insist upon His lunch/Her lunch sometime and go oink out on Roundup's myself. Delighted to get your rave for it, Cam.
