  • Question of the Day 4/7/21

    Happy Disney Wednesday!

Of the live-action remakes in recent years, which most appeals to you?

I would have to go with Cinderella, with Lily James. It’s quite a nice movie.

    Dumbo. I love elephants.
That might sound boring, but I think the boring stuff is the stuff I remember the most.

      Tough question.

Initially, I said Cinderella for me, too. Gorgeous movie. I really liked how Prince C's character was developed beyond being merely "the happily-ever-after guy."

But, I rather think I'd choose Christopher Robin. It was such a lovely reminder how terribly dreary life can be when we become thorough grownups.

I am 100% with you on that. It was such a beautiful movie and the toys were so well done, exactly how I'd expect them to look.

Enjoying some relaxation time on the Transatlantic cruise on the Disney Magic - I'm Cheryl and with my husband Mark, we love visiting Disney and exploring the world...

None of them. I'm just not a lover or even a liker of taking an animated film and turning it in to a live action film. I think the live action remakes lose most if not all of the charm that the animated originals have.

I've like all of them, but don't really have a favorite.

I'd have to say Cinderella, although I've liked all of them.

Aladdin and Mulan are both up there. I actually really, really like the live action Mulan.
