My father and father-in-law both served in the army....as did several uncles and cousins.

DH served in the Army from 1969 to 1971. His father served during WW 2 and his grandfather during WW 1.My trips:

My nephew is currently serving. My father and uncle served during WWII.That might sound boring, but I think the boring stuff is the stuff I remember the most.

My father was in the Air Force during WW2.Over 100 pounds gone. Diabetes is in remission, no more insulin. So grateful to have done weight loss surgery ( duodenal switch).Comment

My husband served for a few months in the Army catering corp in the early 1980s.
