  • Question of the Day 9/18/22

    Good Sunday, pixies!

Do you ever sleep late? What do you consider late?

I almost never do, but I did not set an alarm for today, and I slept really very late, until about 11:00. I think I needed to rest. I would consider anything after 9:00 to be sleeping late.

I don’t need to get up at any certain time anymore. I normally wake up on my own around 8:30. Sometimes I get up right away and sometimes I read a little bit but I always get up by 9 because I have meds to take.

I sometimes sleep late on a Saturday if I don't have anywhere to be in the morning. But "late" for me is 7:00 a.m. because during the week I get up at 5:20 a.m. and on Sunday I'm up at 6:30.

I haven't needed to be up early for years. I wake up around 6:30 but don't get out of bed until around 8.

During the week I get up around 6:15, but on the weekends I like to sleep in, although I’m usually awake between 7:30-8:00.

Since we've retired, sleeping late would be around 8:30. I don't sleep late much anymore as I'm usually up around 7:30.

I don't really sleep late. I am an early riser, so anything after 6:00am would feel late to me.

During the week, we get up around 6:30am. At weekends, we don't set the alarm. To me, anything past 7:00am is late. I didn't wake up until after 8:00am yesterday.

My circadian rhythm is midnight to 9am and is generally how my sleep goes on weekends. After 10 would be “late” to me. during the week, I’m generally up at 745-8 to be at work by 830-9. My commute is 5 minute with tooth-brushing

Rarely, unless I am not feeling well. I do not like to waste the day.
That might sound boring, but I think the boring stuff is the stuff I remember the most.
