    Good Friday, everyone!

Do you take a seasonal flu vaccine? I do.

I think I got one many years ago when our company offered them for free at a in-house clinic.

No. The only 2 times I’ve had it, I’ve become very ill.

And that's exactly why I stopped getting them. The first (and I *think* only) time I got one I was so sick I ended up missing 4 days of work and still didn't feel great for a few additional days but knew the work on my desk was piling up and no one else was going to do it....and if they did, they would do it wrong and I'd spend weeks fixing everything.

That might sound boring, but I think the boring stuff is the stuff I remember the most.

I do. When I taught, it was a necessity. Now I'm in the habit of getting it annually. We got ours last week.

Yes, even though I'm terrified of needles. For the first time, it's free this year, as if you're over 50 by 31 March, you qualify for a free jab. In fairness, usually my employer paid, but I had to pay and claim it back.

Enjoying some relaxation time on the Transatlantic cruise on the Disney Magic - I'm Cheryl and with my husband Mark, we love visiting Disney and exploring the world...

Yes! I didn't take them for a long them, but then was required to for nursing school and then work. After leaving the hospital, I thought "Oh, good - I don't have to get them anymore!" - and promptly got the flu IN JUNE. And was sicker than I've ever been. I was VERY ill and felt awful for weeks. So, I've always gotten it since then.
